Breathing More Life Back Into You
Objectives:
Assess the structures that may be limiting your ability to breathe well
Release and strengthen the structures needed to breathe more effectively and efficiently
Initiate true core strengthening
Be able to use these skills in all developmental positions and throughout your day and life
Learn to breathe more effectively to calm your nervous system
Tools needed - mat, floor or table
Positioning Yourself for Maximum Comfort and Putting Yourself to Sleep
Objectives:
Understand and implement the use of steps/stool, cushion and various aids to support painful areas while sitting, driving and resting or sleeping
Be able to decompress, expand and relieve pain prior to going to sleep while incorporating other natural elements to facilitate relaxation
Be able to practice more effective breathing and soothing techniques to relax the body further prior to sleep or getting back to sleep
Tools needed - pillow(s), hand towel, mat, floor, or table
Finding Your Core*
*Two separate classes; should be taken with a three-week period
Objectives:
Understand and incorporate the basic guidelines of Erasore
Learn how to engage the 4 muscles that make up your true core
Be able to align your spine and stabilize your core in all developmental positions
Be able to assess for imbalances in 4 structures-joints, muscles, nerves and fascia
Begin the process of changing your patterns to rebalance your structures and reduce pain, stress or tension
Tools needed - pool noodle or foam roller, 6-7’ ball (ex. pilates or firm throw pillow), pilates ring or regular belt, mat, floor or table
Movement Matters - Matters of Movement
Objectives:
Learn how to center your pelvis and stabilize your spine while performing all of your daily activities and count that as your workout!
Learn how to sit, drive, sweep, cook, bend, reach, carry, wash without causing pain and to decrease pain by Move to Soothe.
Learn techniques to actively release joints, muscles, nerves and fascia to increase your freedom of movement Soothe to Move.
How to walk with better balance, stamina, form and use of your entire body

Objectives:
Identify and reduce anxiety with activities to move you through an anxiety attack
Calm your nervous system with stillness
Calm your nervous system with movement
Utilize music and elements to reduce stress and relax better

Clearing Your Head and Sinuses
Objective:
Learn how to promote better drainage from your head and face using your own hands
Learn how to open your cervical and thoracic spine to allow better drainage from your head and nasal passageways
Learn various techniques to reduce headaches, jaw and facial pain and pressure
Tools needed - pillow, hairbrush, floor, mat or table, medical latex glove
All Things Pelvic - Reduce Indigestion, Gas and Constipation and Control your Bladder Better
Objectives:
Learn proper lumbo-pelvic and hip movement and find your pelvic neutral
Free your pelvis from muscular, joint, fascia and nerve restrictions
Improve your pelvic floor function as related to your core and spinal alignment
Tools needed - floor, mat or table, foam roller or pool noodle
The Power of Walking and Walking With Power
Objectives:
Learn therapeutic walking from head to toe on various surfaces and in various positions
Learn to target certain areas while controlling your core
Learn to change your walking pattern as a way to decrease pain and improve balance and overall mobility
Review shoe wear, inserts and other factors for best gait on various surfaces
Tools needed - your best walking shoes (may bring two pairs for comparison)
Partner Therapy
Objectives:
Learn to decrease your partner's pain with your hands and body while performing with the best body mechanics to strengthen your body for a win-win session!
Experience more non-sexual intimacy while helping both you and your partner’s mind, body and spirit and connection

Objectives:
Determine which tool is needed for your pain
