The Erasore Method

Because more than 86% of injuries and chronic diseases are directly caused by lifestyle habits such as:

  • poor sleep habits

  • lack of stress management

  • poor eating habits

  • lack of exercise and movement,

Shelley’s public health program focuses on improving all four of these habits. It is a comprehensive approach to healthcare for today’s needs.

The Erasore Method was initially developed to reduce pain and suffering, to “erase the sore.” Today, it has developed into a comprehensive method to reset the body and all its systems to their original and intended alignment;  joints, muscles, nerves and fascia. It is an instruction manual on how to reduce restrictions and compression, allowing for natural alignment. This yields greater movement of the body and its systems so that the body can function more freely and optimally.

No matter what you are doing, whether it’s sitting at a desk, performing manual labor, playing pickleball, or doing laundry; the more aligned your body is the less risk you will have for breakdown and injury.

About Me

My life’s story is in my body, and so is yours. My physical therapy education began as a child when my mom would rub my leg aches away. In the ensuing years, I’ve seen first-hand how the body ages, and I am moving and living with my accidents and injuries. As a physical therapist, I have discovered truths and patterns in how the human body moves, evolves, and compensates for the demands we place on it.

When we ask too much of our body its function diminishes, which can lead to pain and suffering. With my holistic approach, I have developed a body of work that addresses the root causes of pain and suffering in the body. The Erasore Method is my way of sharing this unique approach with you. Through public education and individualized seminars, I am bringing the Erasore Method to the world, one body at a time.
